Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges:

Midoree does not have a return policy.

Products will be exchanged only in case of damage during transit or if the wrong product has been sent to your doorstep. For an exchange of the purchased product, we might request you to share an image of your product(s) for your order to qualify as an exchange, in case of damage during transit. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Midoree will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write into info.midoree@gmail.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety. The customer will bear the shipping charges to our warehouse for all the other reason of exchange other than if the product delivered is damaged.  

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with in case of damaged or wrong product return.

Products purchased during a sale will not be exchanged/returned.

3-months warranty against manufacturer defect.

Product must be in perfect condition.

Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

Cancellations:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, 24 hours after having placed their order. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse post 24 hours of order placement.), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

In case of a location change, the customer will have to bear the additional cost for the same depending on revised pin codes.

Midoree reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Midoree acknowledges the return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of validity of the store credit. The store credit can also be redeemed at any of the Nappa Dori brick & mortar stores.

ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Midoree will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of two weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves. Midoree will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
